Overview

The Men’s Treatment Program at Valley Vista is designed to capture the universally recognized components of CBT programming in a consistently structured, trauma-sensitive inpatient treatment program. The comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program design integrates best practice components and protocols into all phases of programming, with particular emphasis on ensuring family involvement throughout treatment. Evidenced-based methodologies are integrated into all treatment components including: co-occurring awareness and treatment intervention contingencies, mindfulness practice and skills development consistent with current research. The Men’s Treatment Program partners with patients to effectively explore the rigorous demands and challenges confronting men in our 21st century world. Services offered here include detoxification, individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, recovery management planning and more.
