Overview

The 12-step program used at The Ridge is based upon Alcoholics Anonymous’s (and associated fellowships and support groups’) guiding principles for abstaining from substances and maintaining drug and alcohol rehabilitation. While these steps are based on the original 12-step program of AA, they are used at The Ridge in conjunction with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for a well-rounded drug and alcohol rehabilitation experience.
