Latest Reviews Of Rehab Centers In West Virginia WV

Great program, all the staff cared about their profession and were very kind to all clients.

Oasis Behavioral Health Services LLC definitely felt more like a resort than a rehabilitation center. I enrolled at the facility for a detox program that I was able to successfully complete. I liked a lot of things that I encountered there during my stay including food, tidiness of the facility, the overall attitude of their staff members and the group sessions the most. It was a fun experience as we had BBQs, outdoor trips, movies, and cooking classes. I would call it a fun and learning experience while you recover and become much of a positive person than before. Definitely the best facility out there!

The daily groups are very effective. This center has nice amenities and treats their patients well. Everyone was so nice, and helpful! House beautiful very highly recommended. Strengths include Staff, Ability, Skill, Knowledge, Understanding, Caring Boundaries. I will certainly recommend this to people who would like to recover from substance abuse.

Great program, all the staff cared about their profession and were very kind to all clients.

WV Substance Abuse Facts

Drug abuse has deadly consequences, a fact exemplified in the rising numbers of overdose deaths throughout the United States. Unfortunately, West Virginia is no exception to the current epidemic. Consider the following statistics:

  • Drug overdose deaths rose by nearly 17% between 2014 and 2015.
  • WV was the leader in per capita drug overdoses (41.5 per 100,000) in 2015.
  • The number of heroin-related deaths is almost 30 times higher than just 10 years ago.
  • WV has the 11

High rates of substance abuse in the state may correspond with mental health issues and suicidal thoughts and behaviors. In fact, between 2014 and 2015, the number of West Virginians who had serious suicidal thoughts was slightly higher than the national average (4.2% compared to 4%). The good news is that treatment can make the difference between losing your life to drugs and/or alcohol, and living a happy healthy life in recovery.

Getting Addiction Treatment Help

There are numerous programs available to help you break free from addiction’s grip. If you’re unsure of whether to choose an inpatient or outpatient program, you may wish to call your insurance company to see what types of treatment are covered. Also, evaluate your specific needs: can you realistically stay sober if you continue living at home in your current environment? For many people, the initial part of treatment requires them to get away to a completely sober environment where they can focus solely on sobriety and learning the skills they’ll need to stay abstinent when they return home.

If you need help discussing your options, call us any time of day to speak to a treatment support specialist who can help guide you toward the right fit.

Where Else Can I Find Help?

If you’re worried about paying for a rehab program, don’t fret. You may still be able to afford it with options such as:

  • Financing programs through the treatment center: Many programs will offer some sort of payment plan through the center or through a third-party lender.
  • Sliding scales: Some programs will arrange a fee with you based on what you can afford.
  • State-funded rehab centers: Certain rehab centers are funded by the government to provide necessary treatment to those struggling with addiction.

When considering the cost of treatment, remember that, in the end, the toll that addiction takes on your life is far greater.
