BAART St. Johnsbury is a methadone and buprenorphine maintenance program that provides quality, individualized and comprehensive treatment to opioid dependent individuals. BAART incorporates a harm reduction model, pharmacotherapy and clinic specific interventions that include motivational interviewing and substance abuse counseling. We are committed to expanding treatment access to to individuals across Vermont in need of substance abuse treatment services.
 
Our mission is to provide people with cost effective, quality addiction treatment and to make services available to as many people as possible who seek them. By doing so, BAART St. Johnsbury can help them obtain health, happiness and responsible behavior which allows them to succeed in long-term recovery.
