Overview

Our Mission is to create and nurture a tranquil environment in order that participants may focus on recovery and comfortably use the tools in order to make responsible, sound decisions. Tradition One is a six month residential alcohol and other drug rehabilitation program for adult men. We focus on the Twelve Steps of the recovery program in a spiritual aspect as outlined in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous. The first tradition of Alcoholics Anonymous states "our common welfare should come first, personal recovery depends upon AA unity," and so is where we have derived our name. Residents are encouraged to help each other with the affairs of daily living. Each resident is responsible for his own living area and personal hygiene.
