Overview

he Partners For Change project is an innovative, research-based psychotherapy and residential service designed around a client-directed, outcome-informed therapy. The project serves adults who wish to make a positive change relevant to their substance use and other mental health issues. The project is a collaboration between the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County, Inc and Housing Partnership Inc.

Costs: Sliding scale base upon household income and number of dependents. Private insurance out of network benefits w/pre-approval from the insurance company. Free services through DCF funding available for financial hardship cases.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9 am-9 pm; Friday 9 am-4:30 pm
