New Beginnings Counseling Centers mission is to provide help to individuals, who are struggling with an addiction to opiates - heroin and pain pills.  NBCC is an outpatient substance abuse clinic ????????that offers several programs to help individuals overcome their addiction and become functioning and productive members of society. NBCC invites you to allow us to help you because "Today Is A New Beginning For You". The clinical staff is trained and committed to treating patients with compassion and in a dignified way. Our goal is to stamp out drug addiction one patient at a time.
