The intensive outpatient program at Family Life Center is a seven month state certified outpatient substance abuse treatment program for individuals suffering from dependence to a mood altering substance.? The program is built upon the 12 step model of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.

Family Life Center has 8 locations. These locations are in Gadsden, Guntersville, Scottsboro, Decatur, Athens, Centre and 2 locations in Fort Payne offering services in DeKalb, Etowah, Jackson, Cherokee, Limestone, Morgan and Marshall counties.
