Zukoski Center is an outpatient rehabilitation center with individual and group counseling services.

They offer both intensive outpatient and traditional outpatient programs. Intensive Outpatient programs are offered three times a week from 9am - 12pm and night sessions from 6pm - 9pm. Traditional outpatient meets once a week for three hours.

The patient must complete an assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan. Treatment is a combination of individual therapy, group therapy, educational lectures and discussions, stress management and relapse prevention. All treatment plans include 12-step groups and all therapies use CBT.

The Zukoski Center offers payment on a sliding fee scale based on income and accepts cash or self-payment and Medicaid.
