Overview

Epoch Counseling Center is a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for people whose lives have been adversely affected by alcohol and other drugs. We also provide counseling services for a variety of mental health conditions. Epoch has been providing valuable services to the community of Baltimore County for over 40 years. We provide a variety of therapeutic, preventive and educational services to children, teenagers, adults and their families. In addition, we offer mental health and substance abuse education to community organizations.

Fees reduced from the agency’s full fee may be assessed for clients who live in Baltimore County and do not have active health insurance. In order to be assessed on the agency’s sliding scale, documentation of income and dependents are required. If documentation is not provided prior to or at the time of intake the client will be responsible for paying the agency’s full fee for each service provided thereafter unless documentation is provided to support a lower fee.

At the present time, the only forms of payment accepted are cash, personal checks (imprinted with the client’s name), and money orders. We cannot accept third party checks or business checks. We cannot accept post-dated checks.
