Overview

Central Plains Center services are not free, however we do serve individuals with little to no income based on a sliding scale.? Fees are determined after a financial assessment is completed.? CPC also bills commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and Chip.

Central Plains Center currently operates a 12-bed residential substance abuse treatment facility for adolescent boys. This is a 90-day treatment program that seeks to help in the recovery process and eliminate substance abuse. We also offer an outpatient program for adolescents, both boys and girls.

Central Plains Center is a community mental health center that provides an array of services for people who reside in Hale, Floyd, Lamb, Motley, Bailey, Briscoe, Swisher, Castro and Parmer Counties.? Services are provided to individuals who meet our specific admission criteria.? Please see information listed under each service type. CPC is not a state or county agency, however we do contract with state agencies to provide services in your community.
