Outpatients chemical dependency treatment for adolescents between the ages 13 and 17 years. Services provided include: screening and assessments, group and individual counseling, client and family education and referrals. outpatient programs for adolescents. Outpatient serves both male and female youth.

Eligibility: Chemically abusing and dependent youth ages 13 to 17 years old. Some exceptions can be made based on needs of the adolescent.

Fees: Sliding scale or insurance. No one refused services due to inability to pay.

Hours: Office Staff Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Outpatient services are provided 4:00pm- 7:00pm and daily during the day 9:00am-5:00pm

Outpatient Clinics
Burke’s mental health outpatient services stress wellness education and empowerment as keys to improvement. Treatment services are designed to enhance clients’ strengths and natural support systems while targeting their symptoms with quality psychiatric care and services that promote self-confidence and greater independence.
We work with clients to identify psychiatric disorders, assess immediate and long-range mental health needs and provide appropriate treatment services that will stabilize symptoms.
Detoxification Program
Burke and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Deep East Texas (ADAC) are offering a local, short-term medical detoxification program in Lufkin. Individuals choosing to recover from chemical dependency can contact ADAC for a screening to see if medical detoxification services are appropriate
