Our counseling and psychotherapy services involve a collaborative process between the client and therapist, with the general goal of improving, understanding and altering behavior patterns. Depending on the issues involved, the client’s goals and styles of coping, and the degree to which others are involved in or affected by the problem, therapy may be conducted with an individual, couple, family, or other unit, and may range from one or two sessions to much longer in duration.
