Overview

Outpatient Addictions services and Substance Abuse Prevention services are offered at the Allegany County Health Department. Inpatient Services are available at our off-site location for adults. The Outpatient Mental Health Center is located at the Allegany County Health Department on Willowbrook Road, Cumberland, Maryland. Private payment, Medicare,and Medical Assistance are accepted for services. If the individual does not have any insurance, the Center? accepts individuals who meet one of the following criteria: homeless, Maryland psychiatric hospitalization within 90 days, incarceration within 90 days, receiving SSDI for mental health reasons, on conditional release, or served by the public mental health system within the last 2 years.?
