Provides free substance abuse recovery supportive housing, counseling, coaching, groups and education using the Access to Recovery Voucher ATR voucher. ATR is an initiative to increase access to substance abuse treatment and recovery services through independent assessment, participant choice of service providers, service linkages with faith based and community based organizations, and an electronic voucher method of payment. Provides a custom combination of one-on-one, group and housing support services for men and women to assist with housing, life-skills, employability, and recovery.
