They were a walking contradiction, you would never get the same response from the staff on simple matters even, or their favorite is "Pass the buck". You can easily spend a whole week trying to get an answer from " the right person ". They were consistenty out of replies as I would clearly and accurately confront them on violating patient rights and/or providing what they claim to offer. One example is I recieved 2 1on1's in four weeks, when the MINIMUM is one per week. Nothing was ever accomplished in our sessions. The director didn't even know the clients went to the beach on the weekends let alone the rest of the schedule. It was very frustrating to listen to their ignorance and pride, what happened to helping the suffering addict.... Honestly... What are you guys really doing over there. You've lost your path, your initial purpose, if there ever was one even. It makes me sad to see people getting provided false hope and not receiving the help they need and this facility claims they will provide. Please spread the word to advocate for what you are promised and deserve, the right treatment these facilities claim and so often never fulfill. May God bless you and guide you back to why you are in this field. Your dealing with addicts who will 100% of the time display such behavior or act out in different ways. If you claim to be equipped and provide help with these issues as well, then do so. Don't act surprised and disgusted, like you can't believe this current did such a thing.... Payment in full is required up front, as GB is out of network with many carriers. The in house assessment was that in patient treatment was required, but the ins. carrier ultimately determined it was not and denied the claim. GB insurance coordinator stated that pre authorization of in patient was received, but has NEVER produced this, despite numerous requests. It was obvious she did not understand the internal/external appeal process on this private insurance plan and resulted not being able to bring in an attorney before appeals were exhausted. This has been the only in patient stay where insurance did not cover, the only difference, ins submittal and back up support.Bottom line Good program , do not count on competent help on insurance or rely on reimbursement.

Silver Impact - Drop In Center and Outreach Program offers a therapy that has an edge over other conventional treatments. This place has an amazing program. Living quarters are comfortable. Such a fun place to be! The food is excellent. I personally had this one great therapist and will continue to work with her on an outpatient basis.
