They have shown me how to be sober and stay sober and have fun at the same time. I really enjoyed the smart recovery. I am not religious, so I really appreciated that there is a nonreligious way to go about sobriety. I really liked all the things I learned. I know how to cope with my urges, and how to stay away from drugs. I also enjoyed the music exploration, music therapy.
