Overview

We provide residential services to folks with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness who are also medically fragile. We have two facilities in Wallowa County. We have an 11 bed facility in Wallowa and a 5 bed facility in Joseph. We provide 24/7 nursing, medication management, case management, skills training and activity therapy. Our facilities have individual apartments or rooms, and some with full kitchens. There are many group activities and social events enjoyed by the residents of both facilities.
