Transitions Intensive Outpatient Program takes a holistic approach to recovery and provides treatment services to enhance an individuals quality of life in body, mind, spirit and community. Our program offers personalized, client-centered, evidence-enhanced and process-oriented treatment protocols. Clients receive group and individual counseling, education and support to help them achieve their goals for a life that is purposeful, healthy and productive.
