Overview

The Consortium strives for the empowerment and recovery of all who seek assistance with behavioral health, supports coordination and substance abuse, through the provision of holistic community based services, always being respectful of choice and inspiring hope. The Family Preservation Program is an outpatient substance abuse service center that provides services at an intensive outpatient and outpatient level of care for women 18 and older who may or may not have children.  We offer individual, group, and case management services.  We provide childcare and transportation to and from the Consortium.  In addition, a Family Service Coordinator provides support and resources for the consumer's children.
