Treatment Center Philosophy

At Synergy Recovery Services we provide comprehensive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) according to the newest proven standards of care. We combine intensive outpatient counseling (IOP) with medications for detox (Suboxone, Subutex, others) and relapse prevention (Vivitrol, Naltrexone Implant) to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients, sustained abstinence and recovery.

Aftercare Support
Addiction recovery does not end with discharge after completing a rehab program. Facilities that offer aftercare planning and/or support work with patients to ensure sustainable recovery by helping to plan and make arrangements for transitional or sober living, help with housing, vocational counseling, etc.
Individualized Treatment
