Southeast Georgia Treatment Center is a private treatment facility. We do not receive state or federal funding. Our facility remains open only through patient payments. The mission of SGTC is to provide the highest level of holistic healthcare (body, mind, and spirit) during your rehabilitative process, while at the same time adhering to all State, Federal, and other regulations regarding opiate treatment. We provide the opportunity for counseling by qualified, caring volunteers. Our billing is based on up-front payments. This means all payments are to be made in advance or at time of service. You will receive a payment receipt as proof of payment each time you pay. It is important that you keep your receipts, as you may need them for insurance purposes.
