Social Model Recovery Systems, Inc. is a multi-faceted human services organization providing mental health and alcohol and other drug treatment services at various locations throughout Southern California. Social Model Recovery Systems envisions a world where communities can pursue social, economic, educational, and spiritual wellness free from alcohol, other drug, and mental health problems.

Partial Day
Partial day treatment is an effective approach for people beginning to function in the community at large. This allows time for family, employment, schooling, or other outside activities. Ongoing support and a nurturing environment provide an enhanced quality of life. Evening groups are available throughout the week.

Outpatient
This level of care is for the participant who is reintegrating into the community and needs to maintain his or her progress in life. In support groups and/or counseling sessions, the problems addressed are unique to each individual served.

Continuing Care
For those who have successfully completed a River Community primary treatment program, continuing care provides social and recreational activities to further integrate the dually diagnosed person into mainstream society.

Additional Services
Alumni Group - our Alumni meet weekly and host numerous events throughout the year.
