(STOP) is a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania triple licensed (mental health,  drug and alcohol outpatient, and drug and alcohol partial hospital) and Community Behavioral Health (CBH) credentialed, behavioral health service provider.  STOP provides cost effective, integrated, culturally competent, state-of-the-art quality services in a safe, supportive, respectful environment that promotes recovery, societal reintegration, and self-sufficiency as productive members for all those who seek/are referred for services.
