Overview

Rockford Rescue Mission was founded in 1964 and has been open 7 days a week, 365 days a year ever since we first opened our doors. We are the largest homeless shelter in Northern Illinois as well as a state certified recovery home for those struggling with long-term addictions. Please take time to read more about our various programs and ministries, and let us know if there is any way that we can serve you. Mission Statement Rockford Rescue Mission shares hope and help in Jesus' name to move people from homelessness and despair toward personal and spiritual wholeness. Life Recovery: Men is a residential program that helps men overcome their addictions and other self-destructive behaviors. The curriculum offers Bible classes, recovery and relapse prevention training and general life skills application. This Recovery Home is licensed through the state of Illinois.
