Outpatient substance abuse program for criminal offenders.
Implements and maintains a strong collaboration with the criminal justice system and the offender-client. A hierarchical system based on several levels of care. Goal upon completion of the program, the offender-client will be a productive citizen who is able to seek employment, be drug free, and free of the criminal justice system.
