Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient services are an option at the Chemical Dependency Program of Paradise Valley Hospital Behavioral Health Services. We provide outpatient treatment that enables clients to gain insights into both the disease of chemical dependency and into him/herself.

Provides inpatient mental health services for adults. Services include psychiatric evaluation, development of an individualized treatment plan, substance abuse treatment, individual and group psychotherapy, recreational and occupational therapy, and specialized referrals.

Fixed fees depending on service. No one turned away due to inability to pay if meet admission criteria.

8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Must be ages 18 years and older.
