Overview

One Year Out, Inc. is a private non- profit agency founded in 2017, One Year Out's vision is to provide single fathers that have full custody of their child(ren) in the City of Philadelphia with a 12-month no fee occupancy in a single family house.

The goal is to assist the single father in establishing themselves financially to be able to provide for their child(ren) and move on to attain permanent housing. 

Operate on a smaller scale of a larger full-service shelter.  Understand how important it is for you to achieve an independent lifestyle and achieve self-sufficiency.
