Overview

Relapse Prevention Program (13-18)
This group is a minimum of 8 weeks of additional group support and treatment for youth struggling with substance abuse dependence or who need intensive support around relapse prevention.  It provides relapse prevention education, information on coping with urges and cravings, being around users, understanding support issues and taking charge of one’s own sobriety.

Office is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 5:30pm.
