Provides methadone maintenance treatment; urine drug screenings; ongoing individual, group, or family counseling including: assessment, treatment planning, after care and discharge planning; medically supervised withdrawal, detoxification, courtesy dosing, and jail dosing.

Also provides referrals for other services that the patient might need in the areas of medical treatment, job training, legal assistance, financial assistance and Medicaid benefits.

Our short term detoxification program utilizes methadone, a narcotic replacement therapy in decreasing medically determined dosage levels for a period of 21 days. The 21 Day Detox Program is to provide a therapeutic treatment program in an outpatient setting that offers medication to reduce or eliminate opiate drug dependency as rapidly as is practical and medically appropriate along with individual counseling as strong rehabilitation component. To enroll in the 21 Day Detox Program you will need to be showing visible signs of withdrawal, an opiate positive urine drug screen at the time of admission and have a picture ID.

 Hours of Operation:
    5:30 am to 11:00 am (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
    11:30 am to 1:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
    5:30 am to 12:00 pm (Wednesday)
    7:00 am to 10:00 am (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays)
