Lakeridge Outpatient Treatment Transitional Housing Program provides a mixture of mental health and substance abuse treatment services for adult men and women in an outpatient setting. These services include but are not limited to behavioral therapy, individual and group counseling, trauma related counseling, family and marital counseling, after care, case management, relapse prevention and anger management.
