The Heartland Center for Behavioral Change is a private, not for profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to providing substance abuse and other behavioral healthcare services to Missouri residents.

Many of our substance abuse treatment services are available at no cost or a low cost through the funding of our federal, state and local partners. Substance abuse treatment fees are based on a sliding scale ability to pay basis.
