J Cole Recovery Homes, Inc residential treatment is a long-term residential program, 90 to 180 days. There is a basic orientation period of 7 days. This is a time used to acclimate to your new surroundings, schedule and program. During orientation you will meet with your primary counselor and develop a treatment/recovery plan based on your individual needs. In this level of treatment you will participate in educational groups, process groups, individual counseling, outside AA/NA meetings, work with sponsor, attend book studies, and address spiritual, mental and social issues and environmental factors, set short term goals and meet them. The resident will also attend Relapse Prevention classes for the purpose of identifying and dealing with relapse "triggers" and developing a plan of prevention. There are many extended components of treatment that include literacy classes, parenting classes and advocacy for Fathers, money management, employment preparation, etc.
