WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING . . . for personal problems and internal conflicts such as depression, confusion, lack of confidence, loneliness, career change and adjustment to life changes.
MENTAL TRAINING AND STRESS MANAGEMENT . . . to relax physically and reduce the effects of stress, becoming healthier and more energetic. You will be able to develop your untapped mental faculties and greatly improve your confidence, have more success, and solve problems creatively with the world renowned Silva Method of Mind Development success system and other dynamic training programs.
MARRIAGE AND FAMILY COUNSELING . . . to resolve conflicts that often arise in relationships and assistance in learning to communicate thoughts and feelings and solve problems in order to develop a healthy, loving marriage and family; parenting skills training.
YOUNG CHILDREN AND YOUTH COUNSELING . . . to help in solving childhood problems such as aggressive behavior, excessive display of anger, depression, withdrawn, truancy, receiving bad grades, fighting, running away, using drugs or alcohol and handling emotions.
EATING DISORDERS . . . to assist those experiencing disorders of overeating, anorexia or bulimia. A supportive group counseling helps members learn to love themselves to a healthier lifestyle.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT FOR ADULTS AND TEENS
Intensive outpatient services are available to overcome substance abuse or addiction and become free of the chains of addiction.  The research-based Matrix Program is offered to overcome addiction.
PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES . . . to evaluate chemical influences in behavior and prescribe and monitor medication.
SEX OFFENDER TREATMENT
Assessment, Consultations, and Treatment for people with sexual offenses.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION
Classes are offered to all people who are interested in LIFE skills such as self-awareness, self-esteem, communication and assertiveness, relationships, conflict resolution, and parent skills training.
CONSULTATION . . . with businesses, schools and social services agencies in communications, assertiveness training, stress management, dealing with behavior problems, conflict resolution, and creative solutions to establish a healthy environment in the workplace.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS:
Employee's personal problems can drastically decrease productivity. Our programs and alternatives for troubled employees resolve marital and family problems, alcoholism, drug abuse, and other life challenges.
SPECIALIZED GROUP COUNSELING PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
Parenting Classes, LGTBQ Teen Group, Children’s and Teen Social Skills Group, Positive Thinking Group, and Anger Management Group.
WELLNESS PLANNING:
Wellness is an active process through which people become aware of, and make choices toward a more successful, healthy, and satisfying lifestyle.

Case management is a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet the client's health and needs.
