Service Description
Provides blood pressure screening and nutrition education for Seniors, age 60 and over. Also provides HIV testing the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Other specialized services include: substance abuse evaluation, education and referral. Coordinates Health Fairs annually at the center with Memorial Health Care System for the elderly and the community and other scheduled times throughout the year.
