Outreach Project provides drug and alcohol treatment services in a variety of settings and locations. Outreach Project is a non profit organization.

The newest addition to the Outreach Family, our Greenpoint, Brooklyn facility was officially opened in the Spring of 2002 to serve people in North Brooklyn with substance abuse problems and their families. The clinic offers services in English and Polish.
