Overview

The mission of Grand Futures Prevention Coalition is to provide a framework for the community to create and promote positive healthy lifestyles as alternative choices to substance abuse for youth. Programs and activities include implementing the Creating Lasting Family Connections program, alcohol and tobacco compliance checks, youth leadership activities, substance abuse prevention and awareness activities, substance free events, parental/community education and awareness campaigns, DUI campaigns, Red Ribbon Week activities, Great American Smoke Out events and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) workshops.
Grand Futures Prevention Coalition works collaboratively with schools, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, and businesses within communities to make the most of limited resources. GFPC advisory board and task force members represent diverse sectors in the community impacted by substance abuse to ensure that their programming meets the needs of the community.
Grand Futures Prevention Coalition also has office locations in Moffat and Routt Counties.
