Get Back Up, Inc., is a state of the art, comprehensive Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, that offers an "onsite" continuum of care. GBU is a 30,000 square foot, 160 bed facility, one of the largest of its kind in the state of Michigan. The program provides a multitude of resources to its residents.
