Overview

We are a Christ-centered ministry providing residential recovery programs to the homeless or chemically addicted, food to the hungry, clothing and furniture to the needy, and connection within our community through relationships.

The Mission serves the community through both emergency services and transitional shelters. The emergency services we provide help change and bring hope to lives now.
Our transitional shelters not only help today, but bring about life changes that last for eternity.


Services: Substance abuse rehab, transitional house

Eligibility       Men with chemical addiction for residential program. Low income Individuals and families for other programs.

 Offers a long-term residential recovery from chemical dependency program for men. Operates a daily soup kitchen that includes holiday meals as well as a food pantry for county residents.

SERVICES:

1) BEACON HOUSE: A twelve month, Christ-centered, comprehensive residential program for men. Each man participating in the program must be committed to conquering his addiction to drugs or alcohol by fully engaging in every aspect of the program. Residents are equipped with tools needed for a successful future through the Lindsey Learning Center and taking classes at Frederick Community College. Residents are required to pay child support.
