Overview

Elevations Health is fairly small treatment center with only 6 clients in each home, 24/7 supervision, and 24/7 support. We customize each client’s treatment plan, so each one has a chance to be successful at their recovery process. We also provide all levels of care from Detox and Residential Care to Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, Transitional living, and Independent living (sober homes). Our therapists and ancillary staffs get to know our clients and work with them for their entire recovery process and beyond to guard against threats of relapse. Above all, our staff is truly, genuinely dedicated to each client’s recovery.
