Coalition of interested service providers and individuals who work to improve the quality of life in Tippecanoe County by establishing a county-wide comprehensive plan to reduce alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse. Annual funding opportunities are offered in these areas of focus through a competitive grant process. Sponsors annual Red Ribbon Campaign.
