Overview

District 19 CSB's mission is to provide residents of our localities with substance use treatment and intervention. Emphasis is placed on treating and developing the whole person in the context of the family unit and the community. Our philosophy is to enhance the person's overall level of functioning so that s/he can be self sufficient, independent and live in the least restrictive environment. Substance Use Disorder programs are committed to providing an environment where individuals and families with complex and co-occurring issues are welcomed for care and will be helped to use their strengths to address all issues to achieve their goals. Services at this location include screenings, substance abuse evaluations, intakes and assessments, individual counseling, intensive outpatient programs, jail services, relapse prevention services and more.
