Overview

Outpatient mental health therapy is the least restrictive level of mental health services. At CCC, outpatient therapy is often the entry level of treatment and includes assessment, goal setting, individual and group therapies. Utilizing proven evidence-based therapies, our therapists are trained in a variety of general and specialized services. Some of these include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Therapy. Couples and structural family are also available.
