Overview

Christian Love Ministries residential treatment center is a non-profit organization devoted to helping people with drug and alcohol addictions. The ministry welcomes men and women from all over the United States. While living at CLM, students recover in a safe, loving and professional atmosphere. A structured class environment during the weekdays is matched with outings and work assignments designed to rebuild self-reliance and confidence. Class curriculum is derived from studies by Ph.D. level educators, ministers and doctors. A strict adherence to biblical principles in coursework and activities has proven to ensure treatment results with numbers much higher than those found in state run or private rehab facilities.

Medical test results must be in hand upon arrival:

    RPR Extended Test
    HIV Test
    TB Skin Test
    Pregnancy Test (for women)

Non local students must cover the cost of treatment for 11 weeks (currently around $4,500).

A $100 medical deposit is required of all students. This money will be refunded when the student leaves the program. Sponsors or family members may write a check for this amount and the check will not be cashed unless the student requires medical attention at a local medical facility during the course of treatment.

Student must be medically detoxed- CLM does not provide medical treatment or detoxification. (Though we have plans currently to build a detox center on the grounds at CLM.)

New student should have enough prescription medication or refills for 11 weeks.

No narcotic or mood altering medication may be taken while at CLM under any circumstances.

Unacceptable medications include but are not limited to Xanax, Valium, Diazepam, Klononpin, Vicodin, Percocet and generics thereof. No student will be allowed to start treatment at CLM with any controlled, narcotic medication. Please speak with a counselor at CLM regarding all medications you take if you should have any questions.

CLM staff will hold your approved medications to be dispensed according to the instructions on the bottle.

Christian Love does not accept students who are court appointed or who have pending court cases and/or charges. Entry to the ministry is strictly voluntary. Please contact the ministry if you have questions specific to your circumstances.

All students will be required to speak with a counselor before treatment to express a sincere desire to become drug and alcohol free. There are always individuals wishing to seek treatment at Christian Love Ministries, and thus only sincere addicts and alcoholics will be admitted and treated.

Please speak with a counselor for updated information. Positive results on required medical tests do not necessarily prohibit an applicant from entering CLM for treatment.
