Overview

Choice Recovery Counseling provides individuals with multiple services, including  Substance Abuse Professional Evaluations. This is an evaluation requiring the appropriate documentation in the Return to Duty process governed by Federal Regulations and Safety Sensitive guidelines of the DOT. The evaluation is as comprehensive as a typical chemical dependency evaluation but will also include a referral to an outside agency to complete a required education or treatment program as determined by the evaluation. Following completion of the outside education/treatment component, clients are required to schedule a follow up session to complete the Return to Duty process. Evaluation fee is $300. Follow Up Session is $80.
