Adult Chemical Dependency Program
Description: Comprehensive non-hospital alcohol and drug rehabilitation center. Provides the following services for adults (18 and over):
1) Inpatient Treatment - Residential program for adults (men's and women's units).
2) Outpatient Counseling - A full range of individual and group counseling services in both traditional and intensive modes. The intensive outpatient and day treatment counseling programs are designed for those who need more intensive treatment than traditional outpatient care but for whom residential treatment would be inappropriate.
Documents needed:Proof of income and Social Security number.
Fees: State funded assistance, payment plans and insurance payments accepted. Services provided regardless of ability to pay.
Referral procedures:Walk-in assessments, M-F, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
