The team at Care 4 America Inc. wants to provide all of the services that you and your loved ones need. We accept most insurance or provide you with the necessary paperwork to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. Also, for those who are paying cash and have no insurance coverage, we utilize a sliding scale that is based on several factors and income to compute. When you visit our office for the first time, our business office personnel will discuss and compute your affordable fee.
