Serves the homeless population by providing outreach and clinic-based assessments. Medication management, case management, counseling services and symptom management are offered. Access to phones, showers, laundry facilities, lockers and clothing closet also available.

Eligibility:    Homeless, Minimum age 18, Suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, schizo-affective disorder, or a mental health crisis
