Individual, group, and family counseling, case management, early intervention, afterschool summer programs, and mentoring are provided. Operates a programs that serves as an alternative to school suspension for alcohol, drugs, tobacco and violence issues. Parent education; violence prevention and interruption, including domestic violence and gang prevention; and school-based child sexual abuse prevention programs are offered. Programming is available for a wide range of audiences including youth and adults, families, schools, parents and parenting teens, women with children who have been involved with DCFS, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered and questioning (GLBTQ) youth and young adults, and others. Assists in uniting local and regional substance abuse prevention efforts and provides education, training, and technical assistance to other organizations.
