Bliss House is a Halfway house run by the Center For Lay Ministries. Services provided: substance abuse treatment, transitional housing.

To be eligible: Must be a resident of Clark County, Floyd County, Harrison County, Scott County, OR Jefferson County. You also must be enrolled in a detox program.

Rent is $100 per week at the Halfway House. This cost is subject to change. Contact for updated rates.
